In my more than 15 years in talent acquisition, I have worked across different industries including legal, consulting, non-profit and financial services. I have been fortunate enough to be part of such great organizations as Goodwin Procter, State Street Corporation and Monitor Deloitte. In addition, I partnered with the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University in acquiring some of the world’s top business school talent by serving as a member of their admissions committee.
Throughout my career, I have enjoyed not just finding a great match but helping hiring managers and candidates alike to understand what makes a great match. For me, it isn’t just about filling a role; it is about finding the right person, the one who will truly shine in the role.
